Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save you 10% (Starter: $269/mo, Growth: $629/mo, Enterprise: $1,349/mo) and are billed as a single upfront payment. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Small Business Startup, Starter, and Growth plans all include a 30-day free trial. Enter your card at checkout and we won't charge it until day 31. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
What counts as a "customer"?
Any company or account tracked in your RCOB portfolio. Contacts within that account don't count against your limit.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are prepaid for the year with no early-termination fee.
